Neutral may refer to:

• Neutral, an interval quality used to describe intervals in the middle between major and minor.
• Neutral temperament, a member of the rastmic clan; see also Chromatic pairs #Neutral. Scales generated by the neutral temperament are sometimes called "neutral scales".
• Neutral third scales, scales which contain an exact or approximate perfect fifth, and a neutral third which divides the fifth exactly in half. Also sometimes called "neutral scales".
