Insanobromisma is an unnoticeable 17-limit comma that is the difference between a stack of 35 51/50's and the octave. For edos N up to ~20000, it is tempered only if 35 divides N.
Temperaments
Tempering it out in the full 17-limit results in the rank-6 insanobromismic temperament, and in the 2.3.5.17 subgroup, the rank-3 insanobromic temperament, either of which is a precise microtemperament supported by edos higher than 10'000. See 35th-octave temperaments#Insanobromismic.
Naming
Insanobromisma was named by Eliora in 2023. The comma's name comes from combining the "5150" being the law enforcement code corresponding to signaling for a person who needs to be involuntarily hospitalized, and 35 coming from the 35th element, as it is tempered out in the rank-2 bromine temperament.
