Since the base hexany has two 6/5's and 3/2's, but no 5/4's, this expands it out in a way that gives it a rich selection of chords, as there are 6 notes with perfect fifths above them, 2 with fifths flat by a marvel comma and 1 flat by a starling comma, all of which have some kind of major or minor chord, often with several different choices of third, and no note smaller than a quartertone, making it quite melodically effective as well.
