128/75 is the classic(al) diminished seventh. While many would perhaps not think much of this interval, it does indeed serve as a diminished seventh in the 5-limit chord 1/1-32/25-36/25-128/75, which can serve as an unexpected method of tonicizing the note located at 25/16 below the root.
