1-7-11-17 stellated hexany

A 17-odd-limit stellated Hexany. This creates a scale of 1 17/16 77/64 1309/1024 11/8 187/128 7/4 119/64 2/1, with steps of 17/16 77/68 17/16 128/119 17/16 224/187 17/16 128/119. This only adds two steps to the base hexany, which do not reduce the size of the largest step, but do not introduce any intervals smaller than a 12edo semitone either, which means you do have slightly better melodic options, but the harmonies remain highly xenharmonic and quite challenging to work with.
