Circle diagram.

A 17-odd-limit stellated Hexany. This creates a scale of 1 17/16 39/32 663/512 3/2 51/32 13/8 221/128 2/1, with steps of 17/16 39/34 17/16 256/221 17/16 52/51 17/16 256/221. This only adds two notes to the base hexany, which reduce the size of the largest steps and increase the number of perfect fifths to 4, each of which has multiple usable thirds above them, while retaining the same smallest step, which is the only interval small enough to be melodically problematic.
