(3/2 appears twice as the reduced product of 3x15 and 5x9) This does have 6 notes with perfect fifths above them, but they are all on one side, with a large gap between 3/2 and 2/1, which somewhat limits your modulation capability. It also has 6 steps larger than 100 cents, which is somewhat surprising in a scale this size, but at least only one is so small as to blur into its neighbour, leaving more than enough good intervals to make tonal composition possible.
