Circle diagram.

A 15-odd-limit pentadekany. This creates a scale of 1 21/20 13/12 9/8 7/6 5/4 13/10 7/5 3/2 91/60 13/8 7/4 9/5 39/20 2/1, with steps of 21/20 65/63 27/26 28/27 15/14 26/25 14/13 15/14 91/90 15/14 14/13 36/35 13/12 40/39. (3/2 appears twice as the reduced product of 3x15 and 5x9) This does have 6 notes with perfect fifths above them, but they are all on one side, with a large gap between 3/2 and 2/1, which somewhat limits your modulation capability. It also has 6 steps larger than 100 cents, which is somewhat surprising in a scale this size, but at least only one is so small as to blur into its neighbour, leaving more than enough good intervals to make tonal composition possible.
