27/1, the 27th harmonic, is the harmonic past 26/1 and before 28/1. It is about four octaves and nine semitones in size. Used in harmony, it sounds particularly wide: if the base note is F1, the higher note will be about D6. That is for all practical purposes beyond the range of choral music. However, it can be approached as a stack of three 3/1's, making chords like 1-3-9-27.
