Major sixth

Major sixths are an interval region corresponding to intervals in the range of approximately 870-940c, according to Margo Schulter's Regions of the Interval Spectrum. This region contains many notable intervals in xenharmonic theory, such as 5/3, or the classic major sixth, and 12/7, or the septimal supermajor sixth.
