But this seems to be the same type of redirect as the other redirects -- it uses <code>#REDIRECT</code>. I think that's what you're calling "hard". Regular redirect is <nowiki>#REDIRECT [[Page]]</nowiki>, while a hard redirect is <nowiki>#REDIRECT [[:en:Page]]</nowiki>.
