:: One more reason ''seminaiad'' should be changed is that 442/441 has been named the ''seminaiadma'' (even tho not ''seminaiadsma'' and we don't know what 2.3.7.13.17-subgroup {442/441} would be called), which is confusing. Tbh I'm not fond of this obsession with naiadic when all these temps are just equating some interseptimal intervals. Naiad
Like trienparapyth and seminaiad, this so-called naiad temperament should set 50 & 58 & 87 as the canonical 17-limit extension. I also think one of naiad and seminaiad should have its name changed cuz they are unrelated rank-3 temperaments. —FloraC (talk) 10:06, 8 April 2026 (UTC)
