Subharmonics 3–6
Prime factorization 3 (prime)
Fifth 6/4 (701.955c)

The subharmonics 3–6 are a scale that consists of subharmonics 3 through 6 of the subharmonic series. Above the root they form the ratios 6/6, 6/5, …, 6/3 and repeat at the octave. Used as a tuning system, it is also called 3ifdo. The inverse consists of harmonics 3–6. It is the first nontrivial subharmonics scale, since it is the first to demonstrate chirality. The notes of this scale form a just minor triad in root position.
