Dave Keenan (not to be confused with Keenan Pepper) is an Australian music theorist who was one of the developers of the regular mapping paradigm and the co-developer, with George Secor, of Sagittal notation. He has an MScSt in computer science from the University of Queensland.

One of the authors of Dave Keenan & Douglas Blumeyer's guide to RTT.
