The todocat template is designed to be used on "todo" category pages. It marks the category as hidden, adds a notice for administrators, and attributes the correct sort key for alphabetical listing in Category:Todo.
Usage
Place at the top of a "todo" category (subcategories of Category:Todo) whose title follows the standard format "todo:something" (this standard format is important to make sure that the substring function that trims the first five characters works as intended).
