24edo modes

Hello MTEVE, I saw that you edited the 24edo modes page. Unfortunately I had to undo it. Sorry for that. 5\24 is the generator for semaphore and 7\24 is the generator for mohajira, as you can see in the 24edo page. 9\24 is the same as 3\8 and 15\24 is the same as 5\8, as all modes of 8edo and 12edo can also be played in 24edo. 24\24 isn't used because it is the same as 1/1 or 2/1. For rank-2 temperaments you would need another generator which is a different interval. I hope you understand it. Talk pages

Hi MTEVE,

I noticed you edited several talk pages recently, and the way you use them doesn't quite match the standard "whys and hows" of talk pages on a wiki. There's a quick 2-minute video about talk pages from Wikipedia that sums up the main points: Wikipedia:Help:Talk pages. The main takeaways are: give each new topic a title (including when you start a new talk page; you may have to click "Add topic" in the top bar before you start writing), don't forget to sign using --~~~~, and use colons for indentation in replies. EDIT: Also, keep in mind that talk pages are for discussions about improving the wiki, not for general discussions about the topics themselves. For example, if you find the contents of an article unhelpful, you may ask for clarifications on social platforms like XA Discord or XA Facebook if you need help personally, or you may discuss possible ways to improve the page on the talk page (or on the wiki channels of the previously mentioned social platforms) if you intend to improve the article. --Fredg999 (talk) 22:38, 27 December 2023 (UTC)
