Semicon is an esoteric music theory system created by Vector Graphics for the sake of demonstration. Semicon theory is a theory system for 24edo, and is identical to conventional diatonic or 12edo theory as extended to 24edo, with the key difference that the quarter-tone of 50c is considered a perfect consonance alongside the unison and octave, and the perfect fifth of 700c is considered a harsh dissonance alongside the tritone and minor second.
