The trippy warped hirajoshi scale[idiosyncratic term] is every second step of a scale made by Moonshine The Yellow Toaster. Though it contains some octaves, it is a nonoctave scale, repeating at the interval 9/4 (see period and ed9/4).
It is a just intonation scale and a 2.3.5.17 subgroup scale.
