This is just nonsense / crank stuff. I think possibly it is interesting to study 1:4:7 type harmony for its own sake, but the instrument described on this page just doesn't exist. From acoustic theory, there's no obvious mechanism that would selectively reinforce only the 1st, 4th, 7th, etc. harmonics while suppressing all others. If you believe this should stay, please provide:
- A theoretical/mathematical model showing why this would occur
- Experimental measurements from an actual inverted conical instrument
- Peer-reviewed acoustic literature supporting this phenomenon
