Confusing page

This page is very easy to reach from main, and is supposed to give an overview of MOS scales.

Seems good, except to a beginner, it is entirely unclear what is going on in the table, no explanations are given, and there is just some numbers and links. It may seem like a good page to people used to reading these kinds of things, but it's actually quite bad in doing what it is intended to do. The page needs to be restructured entirely, though I'm not sure how.

Also, that mp3 is some weird stuff, I don't even know what to do with that.
