Liesel seems misplaced in MOS tuning spectrum table

While adding links to the temperaments in the MOS tuning spectrum table, I noticed that Liesel seems misplaced — even though the largest EDO listed in its optimal ET sequence is 91edo, it is 91edo with a bunch of warts, and the largest patent val listed is 36edo.

As a temporary solution I added a note to the scale tree about all those warts, and added Liese temperament with a similar note.
