Magnetisma is a comma which is the difference between 60 stacks of 87/86 and the octave.
Its name derives from the fact that neodymium, the 60th element, is commonly used to make magnets, and there is a convention to name some fractional-octave temperaments after elements, in this case 60th-octave temperaments.
