Jove scales

This is a set of scales generated by stacking the generators of jove temperament, which:

- tempers the jubilisma and slendro diesis together (2401/2400)

- tempers the 11-limit neutral thirds 11/9 and 27/22 together, such that two of them stack to 3/2 (243/242)

- tempers 21/20 and 22/21 together (441/440)

- tempers out 540/539.
