A 13-odd-limit dekany. This creates a scale of 1 21/20 13/12 7/6 13/10 7/5 3/2 91/60 9/5 39/20 2/1, with steps of 21/20 65/63 14/13 39/35 14/13 15/14 91/90 108/91 13/12 40/39. This does have a stable subminor chord on the root and a couple of other notes with perfect fifths above them, but also has very lopsided step sizes, with both multiple microtones and a gap of nearly 300 cents near the end, making it very melodically strange sounding.
