This creates a scale of 1 21/20 13/12 11/10 7/6 143/120 77/60 13/10 7/5 3/2 91/60 33/20 9/5 11/6 39/20 2/1, with steps of 21/20 65/63 66/65 35/33 143/140 14/13 78/77 14/13 15/14 91/90 99/91 12/11 55/54 117/110 40/39. With many comma steps alternating with larger intervals, this is essentially an octatonic scale where most of the notes have multiple variants that you can use to emphasise or evade dissonance. 4 of the notes have perfect fifths above them, but they are all concentrated on one side of the scale, limiting your ability to construct chord sequences.
