A 23 tone well tempered nonet (23WTN) is related to well temperaments of 19edo and 20edo, but with a nonet rather than the 2/1 being constant. It is also the smallest wtn with both possible patent tunings well tempering an equal division of a “pure” ~20/9 to ~16/7 nonet
