A 5-limit bihexany. This creates a scale of 1 25/24 9/8 125/108 5/4 125/96 25/18 3/2 25/16 5/3 125/72 15/8 2/1, with steps of 25/24 27/25 250/243 27/25 25/24 16/15 27/25 25/24 16/15 25/24 27/25 16/15. This extends the near complete diatonic scale of the base hexany into a 12 note scale that is an unambiguous detemper of the chromatic scale of 1/3-comma meantone. It has 8 perfect fifths, 3 which are flat by a syntonic comma and one extremely sharp wolf fifth which is out by 128/125 to close the circle. This does not result in as simple a set of ratios as the 1-3-5-9 by 64/45 bihexany or the 1-3-5-9 by 7/5 bihexany, which reflects the fact that 1/3 comma meantone is not quite as optimal a tuning as quarter-comma meantone or septimal meantone, but still has many highly consonant chords and can be mapped easily to a standard keyboard, although the relatively high frequency of wolf notes means many familiar chord sequences will not work as expected.
