iOS misidentifying numbers as phone numbers

On many pages of the wiki, iOS misidentifies numbers as phone numbers and converts them to links, which can be disorienting because they look indistinguishable from links to other wiki pages. Here is one example:

I was wondering whether MediaWiki has anything similar we could use?

13 EDO/TET

Anyone know any good harmonies for 13 ed2/tet? I'm trying to compose something but can't really find anything good to make it with or anything that sounds good. I've been experimenting with it on lumipakkanen.com/tracker but I haven't found anything too great. Please help!!
