Semi-just intonation

Semi-jus intonation (SJI)[idiosyncratic term] is a term coined by CompactStar to refer to the practice of taking the mean (typically geometric mean) of each interval in a just scale and the tempered version of that scale. If both scales are rank-2, then this is equivalent to creating a sale from the mean of the periods and generators of each scale.
