This template converts a sagitype code to a sagittal symbol in the BravuraText font.

e.g. {{sagittal| /¦ }} returns  and {{sagittal| !) }} returns 

In the sagitype, the broken bar ¦ (U+00A6) is allowed as an alternative to the pipe | (vertical bar) to avoid having to escape the pipe as \p.

The broken bar can be typed as ⎄|␣ (compose pipe space) using D&D's WinCompose sequences.
