A tuning of a regular temperament which is both diamond purer and diamond monotone is considered diamond nice.
In the original work by Andrew Milne, Bill Sethares and James Plamondon — and to some extent on the wiki and in the regular temperament community — this tuning range was referred to simply as the "strict" tuning range (not to be confused with "diamond strict", which is synonymous with diamond purer).
