A couple of weeks after the ban expired, and they're still doing exactly the same problematic things that we have to revert with no sign of any reflection, communication or even acknowledgement of the existence of other users. I have no idea if this is obliviousness or passive-aggressive rebellion, but it's very weird, and the longer it goes on, the more likely it's the second.
