Theory

1000ed10 carries interval size measure savart. It is related to 301edo, but with 10/1 instead of 2/1 being just.

It is consistent in the 16-integer-limit. While it shares mapping of 17 with 301edo, it is no longer consistent in that range unlike 301edo.
