I don't have a strong opinion on the circulating temperament vs. well temperament matter. Wikipedia [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circulating_temperament equates the two concepts]. The current Xen Wiki article on circulating temperament is poorly written (just in terms of natural language), and I cannot understand what would make it different from a well-temperament. Perhaps it could be cleaned up and clarified by someone who understands it. And perhaps someone who has access to further information about the concept of circulating temperament could build that page out a bit better, with some examples perhaps? It might also be nice to have an explicit explanation of the name "circular temperaments", especially if that helps clarify what it means. --[[User:Cmloegcmluin|Cmloegcmluin]] ([[User talk:Cmloegcmluin|talk]]) 16:33, 24 May 2022 (UTC)

This discussion arose from discussion about neji: https://en.xen.wiki/w/Talk:Primodality I don't have a strong opinion on the circulating temperament vs. well temperament matter. Wikipedia equates the two concepts.
