Background
I have been playing the piano for a while, though I haven't really been practicing much.
Back in around 2022, I watched the YouTube video Why it's impossible to tune a piano by minutephysics. After that, I decided to dig deeper on sound and frequencies, and I also thought about the idea of quartertones. I soon found out about Xenharmonic tunings and this wiki.
I lost interest in this topic around mid-2023, but I got interested in it again in early 2025. After reading pages for quite a long time, I decided to create an account in September 2025 and contribute to this wiki.
