I added (in the user-specific CSS) the same amount of padding to the heading cells, now the headings don't touch any more.
 
I'd like to suggest adding a visible border to the heading cells and maybe also a decent background colour. This will the tables even more look like tables - isn't this the very purpose of tables? ;)

Yes, but the player is not accessible for me, seemingly because I have no flash player installed? So I'd prefer the `[[` file: &lt;filename&gt; `]]` syntax even if the output may seem less elegant.
