Charles Loli Antequera is a Peruvian music theorist and composer. He worked on a project called 'Proyecto XVII' based on 17-EDO ("Sistema Heptadecafónico"). He also explores the resources of 29-EDO.

Loli published a book and an associated software program both titled "Tonalismo". The latter is a scale designing program which can be used alongside other programs such as Finale and Kontakt. He also developed "Trastes", a microtonal guitar neck designing program to be used with AutoCAD files.
