Number of columns for the harmonics table
We need to discuss this again. From Godtone:
> if the table is too wide try splitting at 19- or 23-limit instead
That was proposed in January, when we had a lengthy discussion and settled at 9 columns × 2 tables. But in September Lériendil expressed that they should be reverted to 11 columns × 2 tables, and I supported that move.

It's covered in the "Approximation to JI" section and I think that's the best place for it.
