The External incoming links template adds a messagebox to inform editors of deprecated pages that should be kept due to external incoming links. It also places the page in Category: Deprecated pages.
Usage
This template should be placed at the top of the page, with a single unnamed argument for the links to the external sources that link back to the page. However, it should be placed after the redirect code (#REDIRECT [[PAGENAME]]) if the page is a redirect.
