Joel Grant Taylor is a composer-improvisor and multi-instrumentalist. He plays analog synths, shakuhachi, suling, keyboards, misc. small percussion and gamelan instruments. He makes extensive use of computers in his music, and has done considerable programming, mostly using Max/MSP, but also using C, Forth, Fortran and other languages.
