He is the designer of the Adjustable Microtonal Guitar, in which any number of narrow frets are placed in channels within the fretboard, one underneath each string. Not only may any of the existing frets may be moved up and down the fretboard using simple tools, but additional frets may be placed into the fretboard by hand, and any frets may be easily removed.
