''Meantone diesis'' is indeed not very clear, as it may refer to the d2 in meantone. So, I suggest ''abercomma''/''aberdiesis'', cuz this interval is a Pythagorean comma + an aberschisma. The temperament? ''Abercommic''/''aberdietic'', I suppose. (I don't feel strongly about comma vs diesis here tho it should be noted it's smaller than Sagittal's range of a diesis.
