Page deletion requires special rights.
To request page deletion, place {{delete|Reason for deletion}} on top of that page. The reason for deletion should be added as a single unnamed argument.
The page then will be automatically added to the Category:Pages nominated for deletion and an operator will do the actual deletion, if nothing else speaks against it.
