The Stub template adds a message box to inform readers of pages that are stubs. It also places the page in Category:Stubs.
Pages can be considered as stubs if they amount to only a short description, or have only a basic, minimal amount of content.
Stubs should not be filled in by copy-pasting large sections of text from Wikipedia, because over time the result simply becomes an outdated copy of Wikipedia and does not add significant value to the Xenharmonic Wiki. Template:Wikipedia can be used to link to the appropriate Wikipedia article instead.
