This ket template puts ket notation ([ and ⟩) around its arguments and removes leading and trailing spaces.
Note: If you are notating for monzos, use Template:Monzo instead.
Usage

{{ket| -19 12 }}- Tip: Adding spaces improves readability of the markup.

Technical note
Code point U+27E9 is used for the right angle bracket ⟩, the ASCII approximation is the greater-than symbol (> or >).
