WIP
Neutrino is an arithmetic temperament tempering out the arithmetic comma 1/20, equating 6/5 and 5/4. The "optimal" generator for Neutrino is 1/10 + (1/20)/4 = 9/80 although similar sized generators can also be used. 9ado is an excellent tuning for this temperament due to 1/9 being a close approximation to 89/80.
