The 43-limit consists of just intonation intervals whose ratios contain no prime factors higher than 43. It is the 14th prime limit and is a superset of the 41-limit and a subset of the 47-limit.
These things are contained by the 43-limit, but not the 41-limit:
- The 43- and 45-odd-limit;
- Mode 22 and 23 of the harmonic or subharmonic series.
