Note: You can use {{rd}} as a shortcut.

Usage

To get this to work, create a "Notes" section on the desired page and put <references group="note" /> below the header (if this hasn't already been done). Enclose the template in between <ref group="note"></ref> to get this to show up in the Notes section.
