The 73-limit consists of just intonation intervals whose ratios contain no prime factors higher than 73. It is the 21st prime limit and is a superset of the 71-limit and a subset of the 79-limit.
These things are contained by the 73-limit, but not the 71-limit:
- The 73-, 75-, and 77-odd-limit;
- Mode 37, 38 and 39 of the harmonic or subharmonic series.
