I would like to add a link to these here, and at least mention that in D&D's systematic name for this tuning scheme is '''minimax-S'''. Add link to D&D's guide
As the original and quintessential all-interval tuning scheme, TOP is extensively discussed in D&D's guide to RTT, in a more in-depth textbook tutorial style, primarily in these two places:
- Dave Keenan & Douglas Blumeyer's guide to RTT/All-interval tuning schemes#Minimax-S
- Dave Keenan & Douglas Blumeyer's guide to RTT/Alternative complexities#Log-product
I would like to add a link to these here, and at least mention that in D&D's systematic name for this tuning scheme is minimax-S. But I can't because this page has been locked to non-admins. --Cmloegcmluin (talk) 19:34, 6 February 2023 (UTC)

Simple procedure
Ridiculous page, just set up a linear optimization problem! No need to go off about maximal error semigroups, whatever those may be.
We should also reproduce the simple algorithm outlined in Paul Erlich's Middle Path paper. It's actually quite a simple calculation!
