128/97, the nonacesimoseptimal subharmonic fourth is a narrow fourth very close to that of 5edo, and is the first octave-reduced subharmonic after 4/3 that is (just barely) a diatonic fourth. The diatonic scale it generates is incredibly close to collapsed, with the "minor second" being less than a cent wide.
